Module 2: Self-Awareness and Self-Management

  • Emotional Triggers and Thought Patterns

  • Developing Inner Focus

  • Managing Emotions Under Pressure

  • Activity: Identifying emotional triggers and developing pause techniques

Module 3: Emotional Agility and Mindfulness

  • The role of mindfulness in EI

  • Shifting from reaction to response

  • Overcoming emotional hijacking

  • Practice: Guided mindfulness exercise + resilience journal

Day 2: Interpersonal and Organizational Impact
