Our Approach
-
Business analysis is a key part of EMIC’s core process. It enables our team to identify and benchmark specific development needs resulting in a bespoke program linked to the organizational business requirement.
-
EMIC Training will design and create a bespoke development programs planned to fully meet the specific learning needs of all participants and the organization as a whole.
-
Training utilizes the Adult Learning Model (ALM) to equip individuals with the interpersonal skills to maintain high performance in the workplace. The ALM is a balance of theoretical lessons, followed by discussions and activities that make the topic relevant to the workplace through Action Learning.
-
The evaluation phase is on-going throughout EMIC’s Core Design and Delivery process.
The primary purpose is to ensure that the stated goals of the learning process will actually meet the required business need. Thus, it is performed during all four phases of our training process.
