Module 1: Introduction to Coaching and Mentoring

  • Coaching vs. Mentoring – similarities and distinctions

  • Coaching Mindset: Growth, Curiosity, and Non-Judgment

  • Discussion: Sharing coaching and mentoring experiences

Module 2: The GROW and OSCAR Coaching Frameworks

  • Goal, Reality, Options, Will (GROW)

  • Outcome, Situation, Choices, Actions, Review (OSCAR)

  • Structuring coaching conversations

  • Establishing trust and psychological safety

  • Activity: Practice the GROW model in a business situation

Module 3: Core Coaching Skills

  • Active Listening and Presence

  • Asking Open and Powerful Questions

  • Giving Developmental Feedback

  • Activity: Listening levels and question reframing exercises

Day 2: Deepening Practice and Organizational Impact
