EMIC, and in partnership with The Labour Fund (Tamkeen) are excited to collaborate with Harvard Business Corporate Learning to offer this leadership development program aimed at nurturing the skills of high-potential Bahraini nationals. This program will focus on senior and middle managers from the private sector, aligned with EMIC’s vision of "Developing a Generation of Bahraini Professionals.“

Payments and Financials

The program is fully funded by Tamkeen. However, places are limited, and a selection process is in place to select the best profiles for the program. Submitting your application is the first stage of the selection process. All applications should be submitted by 10 December 2024.

While this is not encouraged, you can cancel your enrollment any time before the start date, however, rescheduling is not available as the program has a set start and finish date.
Eligibility and Admission

The program is for Bahraini citizens living and currently working in Bahrain’s private sector. Participants should have at least 3 years in a senior executive leadership role or 8 years in a managerial position with a responsibility of managing a specific business function or a team.

There are no strict age restrictions, but the program is tailored for senior-level professionals, typically aged 30 and above.

No, candidates from all educational backgrounds are welcome. However, participants should have significant professional experience to fully benefit from the curriculum.

After successfully submitting your application, EMIC Training and in collaboration with Harvard Business Publishing, will be reviewing all applications, scoring applicants, and sharing the results. The application will be the first part of the selection process. After which successful and non-successful applicants will be notified if they qualify for the next stage of the selection.

No formal prerequisites are required. However, the program is tailored for professionals with significant managerial or executive experience.
