Andrew is an experienced international consultant and a Master NLP practitioner, with over 30 years experience in management, leadership and organisational development. Andrew spent the early part of his career working in the Public Sector in a variety of operational management roles related to leadership and effecting organisational change, leaving as a senior operations manager in 1994. Andrew has established himself as a highly respected, passionate and effective trainer. Since 1994, he has worked with medium and large companies in the UK, Europe, America, Australia and the Middle East. Andrew has worked extensively on projects which have encompassed the design, delivery and evaluation of customer focused business development programs including: Vodafone, Rexam Packaging Plc, RBS, Hamptons International, The Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait, Ministry of Works and Housing Bahrain, BUPA, Bahrain Telecommunications Company (Batelco), Bahrain Airport Services (BAS), Le Royal Meridian Hotel Dubai, Ministry of Education Bahrain, Aluminium Bahrain (ALBA), The Bahrain Petroleum Company (BAPCO), Proctor and Gamble, Unilever, Gulf International Bank (GIB), Shamil Bank, London Fire Brigade, Kingston Communications, Ministry of Electricity & Water Bahrain, Khaleeji Commercial Bank, Reef, Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority (Dubai), Civil Aviation Authority Bahrain, Kuwait Finance House and American Express (MENA). Andrew is an OPQ accredited practitioner, a qualified coach, trainer and assessor.
