Step 3 Delivery –We Will identify the types of learning interventions and activities that will best bring about the required learning and subsequent performance in a participative and engaging way.

Step 4 –Evaluation –We will check to ensure that learners have become performers; do they now have the requisite skills, knowledge and relevant behaviours to perform to the required business standard.
